This lot is just about full. It’s a high school student lot, they’re having Super Tuesday voting in the building in the background, while the UIL orchestra contest is going on in the same place.
I should have just parked next to him anyway.

Our one Democratic senator is running unopposed in the primary. That’s how thin the field is. Most people expect him to lose in November.
On the Republican side, there are three fighting for it, including Jeff Sessions who is trying to get his old job back. He was one the most well-liked senators in history, but ever since he stood his ground as AG against some of Trump’s wishes, he lost a TON of ground here.
I wish I were making this up. Literally doing a different job, at the Federal level, people here are like “He’s not loyal to Trump!” and therefore don’t trust him as a senator anymore.
Politics is messed up.

long ago I worked doing Valet Parking. Some asshat would pull in without talking to me first. Park anywhere they wanted and walk inside. If I know what you are doing, I will tell you where to park so you are not in my way, but some people are better than others.
Their way of parking typically got in the way. I can stuff 4 cars where they left their precious shitbox.
So to get some revenge, I would block the car in from all sides. Then run around being “busy” when they walk out... They would have to stand there for period of time of my choosing before I ask if they have a ticket... LMAO. Of course they don’t. They parked on their own and cant get out now. Well... I’ll move the cars when I free up. Sorry pal.
$20 usually freed me up faster.

The “M” of BMW stands for Mustang.

A grease pencil note on the windshield is a good reminder of parking lot etiquette, and is easily wiped off. Just sayin’

Not a bad idea. I thought about leaving a note that said, “You suck.”

Was it a valet only lot? No offense to your previous profession, but I’d sooner ask a hostess where to park than most of the kids I see “running” valet lots. Of course self parking in a valet lot is a bit dickish.

Well, the owner of a place hired services of valet... so that might be self explanatory. Valet people don’t just bring a key box and bunch of tickets and start running a parking lot.

Thing is, this wasn’t a mistake. This was entirely intentional.

There are places that offer valet, and places that require valet. The places that require it have a sign, the places that offer it block off section of the parking lot for valet parking.
Sounds like this isn’t a thing where you live.

I could have and would have squeezed the Acclaim in on his driver’s side. Would have been less than an inch off his driver’s door and I still would have been in the lines.

I guess it depends on a size of a place. typically places that hired attorneys in that area were valet only. Then other places in nearby states have option of parking yourself or using valet. I know what you mean, but the places where I worked were Valet only because the lots were so small, if customers were to park themselves, they would fit 5 cars and call it a day. I would stuff 20 cars with room to spare.
